Rebecca was perfect. We found her on a recommendation, so I am writing this in hopes others can get the same benefit. Rebecca worked non stop with me through the whole process of buying a home. The first meeting I had with her, she walked me through the whole process and explained what I'd have to do at each step. She came to all the open houses that we wanted to go to, and was able to identify issues or problems with the houses if there were any. She was extremely knowledgeable, and honestly I think selling agents were intimidated by her because she could see through all the BS they would say. My family hired Rebecca Alvarado to list and sell our family's home of 34 years. Mother was elderly and we had tragically lost our oldest Brother, necessitating we move Mom to assisted living.  It was an emotionally difficult time for Mom and we four surviving siblings.

Being a first-time home buyer was somewhat of a daunting experience, but Rebecca put be completely at ease and made the experience enjoyable.  She answered all of my questions and held my hand every step of the way.  She was always available.  She always answered my calls or called me back immediately.  We even ended up submitting an offer on my house on Mother's Day (and she IS a mother)!!
